CareBeat is a healthcare recruitment platform that connects healthcare professionals ("Candidates") with NHS Trusts and private healthcare providers ("Employers"). Our platform facilitates job searches, applications, and recruitment processes.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

You must create an account to use certain features of the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Candidate Terms

4.1 Eligibility

By registering as a candidate, you confirm that:

• You have the legal right to work in the United Kingdom
• All professional qualifications and credentials you provide are genuine and valid
• Your work history and references are accurate

4.2 Applications

When applying for positions through our platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Not submit fraudulent applications
• Respond to employer communications in a timely manner

5. Employer Terms

5.1 Job Listings

Employers agree to:

• Post accurate job descriptions and requirements
• Comply with all applicable employment laws
• Respond to candidate applications reasonably
• Not discriminate against any candidate

5.2 Payment Terms

Fees for recruitment services are outlined in your service agreement with CareBeat. Payment terms are as specified in your contract.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Upload malicious code or interfere with the Service
• Scrape or harvest data from the platform
• Engage in discriminatory practices

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the CareBeat platform are owned by or licensed to CareBeat. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

CareBeat provides the Service on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy of job listings or the suitability of candidates. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in prohibited conduct. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
