Senior ICU Specialist Nurse - Advanced Cardiac Care

We are seeking an exceptionally qualified Senior ICU Nurse to lead our Advanced Cardiac Care unit. This role involves managing complex patient cases and mentoring junior staff.

Essential Requirements:
- MSc in Advanced Nursing Practice or Critical Care
- Minimum 5 years experience in Intensive Care (ICU)
- Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification
- Expert knowledge of mechanical ventilation and ECMO
- Experience with Cardiac Surgery recovery
- Active NMC Registration with no restrictions
- Proven leadership skills and team management experience
